Job summary

Promax, a subsidiary of Filinvest Land, Inc., is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow an in-house real estate sales team. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, coaching consultants, and driving strategic sales initiatives.

You will source and recruit a team of 5-8 property sales consultants and develop effective sales and marketing strategies. Minimum 3+ years in Real Estate Sales with at least 2 years in management is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course (BS Real Estate Management preferred but not required).
• 3+ years of Real Estate Sales experience (industry preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years managerial or leadership experience.
• Ready team of at least 5-8 salespersons/consultants upon joining (preferred).
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a sales team to meet targets.
• Source, recruit, and maintain a team of 5-8 Property Sales Consultants.
• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Drive team performance through training, coaching, and mentoring.
