Job summary

PROMAX, a subsidiary of Filinvest Land Inc., is seeking an In-House Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team in Cagayan de Oro. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Management and has at least 3 years of sales management experience, preferably in real estate.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, monitor performance, and coordinate with other departments to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of sales management experience, preferably in real estate.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Willing to be assigned in Cagayan de Oro City.

Responsibilities
