Octal Philippines Incorporated is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records for a property development and real estate company in Metro Manila. You will support accounting operations across affiliated entities, including GL maintenance, reconciliations, and basic financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of bookkeeping experience, strong Excel skills, familiarity with BIR requirements, and the ability to handle multiple entities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance, Accounting Technology, or related course.
• 1 to 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
• Familiarity with BIR requirements is an advantage.
• Experience handling multiple companies/entities is an advantage.
• Experience with QuickBooks, SAP, or other accounting software is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organized and trustworthy.
• Willing to work Monday-Saturday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.

Responsabilités

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (AP/AR).
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Maintain the General Ledger and accounting records.
• Prepare basic financial reports and supporting schedules.
• Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions.
• Assist with BIR/tax compliance and audit requirements.
• Organize and maintain accounting documents and records.
