Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a facility and property management professional to execute operational plans for the Malad project, coordinating with the Regional GM – HPM to establish a high-performing facilities team and ensure profitability through timely project delivery.

You will deploy resources for property management, resolve customer complaints within defined timelines, and manage utilities with the liaisoning team.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational plan chalked out by the Regional GM – HPM and provide support in establishing facilities team structure, resource management, etc. for the assigned project that assures profitability through timely completion of projects and cost-effectiveness
• Deploy resources for Property management
• Ensure resolution of customer complaints as per prescribed timelines in consultation with the other functions/ departments
• Ensure water, electricity, and other utility connection in consultation with the liaisoning team
• Manage facility management teams at the assigned project and perform performance appraisal for all the direct reports as per PMS guidelines and timelines
• Vendor management, Billing, and payment on a timely basis
• Customer Satisfaction Scores - at the time of Key Handover and also subsequent tickets closures stages
• Commercial objectives of Cost and profitability
• Resident Engagement and Events management
• Any other task(s) as assigned by the Senior management from time to time.
