Job summary

King Properties is seeking a Property Manager to oversee maintenance, repairs, and staff for residential and commercial properties. You will manage turnover workflows from inspection to handover, coordinate with construction and sales teams, and ensure compliance of water distribution systems.

The role requires 3–5 years in property management with leadership experience, and a strong understanding of facilities management and local regulations. Residential property exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in property management with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with residential properties is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of property operations and facilities management.
• Familiarity with water distribution systems and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property maintenance and repair projects within approved budgets.
• Lead and manage maintenance and administrative staff.
• Conduct regular property inspections for safety and quality.
• Oversee turnover process from inspection to handover.
• Coordinate with construction and sales teams for rectifications.
