Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer with property management background.
• 5 years’ experience in property management.
• Experience in managing a large complex/facility.

Responsibilities

• Prepare an Occupancy Manual or Operations Manual for the Project and implement operational systems and procedures for admin and management.
• Assist condo owners in inviting and engaging concessionaires and managing property partners.
• Assist owners and committees in conducting social and community activities.
• Administer new leases on behalf of unit owners as approved by the owner.
• Ensure maintenance programs for equipment and facilities are executed as scheduled to minimize downtime.
• Design and implement a security, safety, and emergency management plan for the project.
• Test and commission equipment.
• Work schedule: Mondays to Fridays, half-day Saturdays.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed Mechanical/Electrical Engineer with property management background;
• 5 years’ experience in property management.
• Previous experience in managing a large complex/facility covering the common areas
• Above average interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and project management skills;
• Computer proficient

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares a standard Occupancy Manual or Manual of Operations for the Project and implements various operational system and procedures to ensure smooth, efficient and effective administration and management of the project.
• Assists owners of the condominium corporation in the invitation selection, engagement and management of various concessionaires in the project or property;
• Assists owners or the condominium corporation and its committees in carrying out various social and community activities;
• Undertakes the administration of new leases in behalf of the unit owners as approved by the owner;
• Ensures that all maintenance programs for the equipment and facilities of the project or property are executed as per schedule to minimize equipment downtime.
• Ensures that the safety and security aspect of the project is maintained at all times by designing and implementing a security, safety and emergency management plan for the project.
