Job summary

Maplehaus, Inc. is looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of industrial and residential properties across Metro Manila, Laguna, and Batangas.

This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional service to tenants while managing the portfolio efficiently. You will conduct inspections, supervise contractors, support leasing, ensure regulatory compliance, and report on financials to property owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably civil engineering).
• At least three years of work experience in property management.
• Willing to be assigned to work mostly at site or do field work.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge in property management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections and visits with tenants.
• Update and maintain property conditions reports.
• Supervise contractors and maintenance staff for services and repairs.
• Meet potential tenants, show properties, and assess applications.

About the role

Maplehaus, Inc. is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our industrial and residential properties in Metro Manila, Laguna and Batangas area. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our properties, while providing exceptional service to our tenants. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be a key part of our growing business.

What you'll be doing

1. Conduct property inspections and visitations with tenants
2. Update and maintain property conditions reports
3. Supervise contractors and maintenance staff for services and repairs to property
4. Meeting potential tenants, showing them the property and assessing their applications
5. Actively market available properties and assist with the leasing process
6. Provide prompt, professional response and follow through regarding tenant inquiries, problems, and complaints
7. Coordinate move-in for new tenants and move-out inspections for tenants vacating their space
8. Ensuring adherence to property laws and regulations
9. Reporting the property’s financial status, occupancy and expiring leases to property owners
10. Complete other special projects and duties as assigned

What we're looking for
