Job summary

Fontservices is seeking a Property Management Support Worker to support real estate-related organizations via email, phone, and chat. You will be integral in processing all incoming malfunctions and serving as the friendly point of contact for tenants.

The ideal candidate has an MBO level education, experience in a service desk role, and excellent Dutch and English communication skills. A full-time position offers a cozy working atmosphere with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, eager to learn, flexible, and shows initiative.
• Experience as a service desk employee, receptionist, or similar role.
• Living in (or near) Albir.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming malfunctions as the point of contact.
• Direct suppliers and update stakeholders.
• Resolve malfunctions to tenant satisfaction.
