Job summary

OPTIMAL is looking for an Assistant Team Leader (Management Level) in Davao City to oversee daily operations of a group of Assistant Property Managers, coaching, training, and evaluating performance. You will coordinate with senior management and US clients to ensure high-quality deliverables.

The role requires 3+ years in property management, experience with AppFolio/Buildium/Yardi, and a proven leadership background in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management or real estate experience.
• Experience leading a team of coordinators or managers is preferred.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills are essential.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and guiding others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily team operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Review end-of-shift reports to track productivity and workload.
• Act as main point of contact for team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Coach and mentor team members with regular check-ins and feedback.
• Lead onboarding and training of new hires and support ongoing development.
• Work with US clients to review deliverables, align on priorities, and identify opportunities.
