Job summary

Cloudstaff is seeking an experienced property management professional to support Australian tenancy operations from the Philippines. You will handle tenant screening, lease creation, arrears follow-up, and coordination of inspections with vendors.

The role requires 2+ years in an Australian property management environment, strong CRM/software skills, and excellent written and verbal communication. You will work under the property manager to ensure timely task completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Australian property management or similar role.
• Experience with CRM or property management software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ideally familiar with Property Me, IRE, Tapi, Inspection Express and Perth knowledge.
• Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines.
• Able to manage key stakeholders and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Receive applications from prospective tenants and verify completeness.
• Communicate with tenancy applicants and references.
• Screen tenants in databases and create tenancy agreements.
• Follow up on tenants with arrears and issue notices of breach.
• Schedule inspections and advise on inspection plans.
• Receive repair requests and liaise with tradespeople or vendors.
• Identify tenants nearing end of contract and produce renewals.
• Maintain database hygiene and update profiles as needed.
• Ensure timely responses to all communications and coordinate daily tasks with property manager.
• Enter invoices and monitor daily banking for unidentified payments.
