• Assist prospective tenants and address inquiries professionally
• Conduct client scouting, negotiations, and sales calls
• Create and support leasing marketing initiatives

• Ensure excellent customer service and tenant support

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Assignment

• Role will eventually be assigned in Iligan.
• Candidates from Iligan must be willing to undergo training in General Santos City for approximately one year prior to the start of operations.
• Candidates from General Santos City must be willing to relocate to Iligan once operations commence.
