Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of property maintenance, construction, or facilities management experience.
• Strong knowledge of structural integrity, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
• Ability to inspect, report, and propose engineering solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to prepare documentation and reports.
