Job summary

IBEX GLOBAL is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to coordinate maintenance, repairs, and sanitation across assigned facilities. You will oversee the preventive maintenance program, supervise site staff, and ensure safety and cleanliness.

This role involves coordinating external contractors for refurbishments, handling small repairs, logging inventory, and communicating issues to the Facility Manager. A Diploma or associate degree in construction or electrical is preferred, with supervisory

Qualifications

• Associate degree or Diploma in Construction or Electrical (or related field)
• Must possess Supervisory Management Certificate
• Minimum of three years Supervisory experience in Facility management
• Experience in Preventive Maintenance and Facility operations is necessary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Preventive Maintenance Program for assigned Office Buildings and Properties
• Supervise Site Office Helpers/House Keeping/Janitorial services
• Coordinate acquisition and distribution of supplies, appliances, equipment and furniture
• Oversee refurbishment/maintenance works carried out by external contractors
• Perform minor repairs to infrastructure, electrical facilities and equipment, escalating when needed
• Conduct daily facility walk-through to identify and resolve issues
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of floors, carpet and trash
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and keys
• Liaise with Site Director/Ops Managers for issue resolution
• Communicate unresolved service issues to Facility Manager
• Execute duties with high standard and timeliness
• Perform other duties as assigned
