Job summary

Innoland Development Corporation seeks a Building Facilities Technician to support operation and maintenance of building facilities and utilities. This role assists the Building Engineer in planning preventive maintenance, implementing security measures, and ensuring sanitary housekeeping while evaluating merchants' plans.

The position requires registration as an Electrical/Mechanical/Civil or Electronics Engineer, with a preference for at least two years of related technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document preventive maintenance activities performed by vendors.
• Implement property improvement programs and address operating problems.
• Ensure reliability of equipment and facilities via regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Supervise technical contractual labor and monitor project implementation.
• Oversee installation of utilities and services.
• Coordinate with other departments and assist in service calls to tenants/owners.
• Maintain spare parts, tools, and equipment; check inventory levels and expedite orders.
• Handle building facilities inquiries and ensure timely resolutions; act as Pollution Control Officer.
