MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Quezon City is seeking a Property Leasing Administrator to manage lease agreements, renewals, and landlord communications. The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, coordination with landowners, and timely escalation of renewal risks.

You will review key lease terms, liaise with landowners and solicitors, and maintain client databases to support a robust lease portfolio. Onsite day shift with a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in property, lease administration, commercial real estate, telecommunications property or a related field.
• Experience reviewing and interpreting commercial lease documentation.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Review lease agreements and identify key dates, options, rental provisions and tenure risks.
• Assess land ownership and confirm current landowner/contact details.
• Maintain accurate lease and contact records within Site Tracker and client databases.
• Prepare and issue lease renewal correspondence and information packs.
• Liaise with landowners regarding lease renewals, access requirements and commercial terms and obtain landowner agreement.
• Send documentation to solicitors and coordinate execution of lease documentation.
• Track lease status, milestones and client reporting requirements.
• Escalate tenure risks, disputes or renewal challenges to senior property staff.
• Support portfolio-wide lease renewal programs and reporting activities.
