Job Summary
We're looking for a Property Sales Associate to help drive leasing activities — from sourcing and qualifying prospective tenants to guiding them through property viewings, following up on leads, and coordinating documentation through to move-in. This role is at the front line of the leasing process, helping turn interested prospects into happy, settled tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales
- Source and qualify prospective tenant leads through online platforms, referrals, walk-ins, social media, and other channels
- Respond to inquiries with accurate information on available units, rental rates, amenities, and leasing requirements
- Stay on top of regular follow-ups to help move prospects toward a decision
- Keep the leasing pipeline and prospect database up to date
- Contribute to the team's leasing and occupancy targets
- Build and nurture relationships with brokers, referral partners, and prospective corporate clients
Property Viewings & Client Engagement
- Schedule and conduct property viewings for prospective tenants
- Walk prospects through available units, amenities, and leasing options in a clear, professional manner
- Listen to what prospects are looking for and recommend units that fit their needs
- Explain basic lease terms, rental rates, policies, and move-in requirements
- Handle initial questions and concerns, looping in the right team for anything more complex
Leasing Documentation
- Guide prospects through application requirements, tenant screening, KYC, and document submission
- Prepare and organize leasing forms, quotations, contracts, and other required paperwork
- Double-check that documentation is complete and accurate before move-in endorsement
- Keep records of prospects, tenants, and leasing transactions current
Tenant & Move-in Support
- Work with Property Management, Finance, and Maintenance teams to coordinate tenant requirements
- Help make sure units are ready in time for scheduled move-ins
- Assist with tenant orientation, covering move-in steps, house rules, and property guidelines
- Help address basic tenant concerns and loop in the right team for resolution
- Support lease renewals and tenant retention efforts
Property Marketing & Market Support
- Help prepare and post property listings across relevant online platforms
- Track inquiries and listing performance, sharing feedback on lead-generation opportunities
- Support leasing events, promotions, open houses, and other occupancy-driving initiatives
- Keep an eye on basic competitor pricing and market activity
Administrative & Reporting
- Maintain accurate leasing trackers, prospect records, and tenant documentation
- Put together basic reports on inquiries, viewings, leads, conversions, and occupancy
- Complete assigned leasing and administrative tasks on time
- Take on other leasing and operational duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in leasing, real estate, sales, customer service, hospitality, property management, or similar
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship, sales, customer-facing, or property-related experience are also welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented, with a genuine interest in sales and client engagement
- Comfortable presenting properties and speaking with prospective tenants
- Basic negotiation and follow-up skills
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple prospects and tasks at once
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience with CRM, leasing, or property management systems is an advantage
- Willing to work weekends, holidays, or flexible schedules as needed
