Job summary

House of Investments, Inc. seeks a facilities management professional to lead the FM team at our campus.

You will oversee campus buildings’ O&M, supervise equipment maintenance, and drive preventive maintenance programs to ensure uninterrupted operations. You will also assist the CDMO head and service partners during inspections, evaluations and testing of critical equipment, and you will regularly inspect facilities for substandard conditions, implementing timely solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FM team of the campus in performing campus buildings' Facility Operations and Maintenance (O&M).
• Monitor equipment maintenance and operations.
• Establish O&M inspections techniques, checklists, etc.
• Repair and maintenance of facilities (e.g. offices, classrooms, utility rooms, etc) for minor issues and concerns.
• Repair and maintenance of utility systems (e.g. power supply, water supply, life safety system, etc).
• Perform predictive and preventive maintenance of the school’s major equipment and facilities; create program for preventive maintenance to prevent any disruptions in the school’s operation.
• Assist the facility’s (CDMO) head and service partners during inspections, evaluation and testing of critical equipment.
• Regularly inspect the buildings’ facilities for substandard conditions, and initiate programs / solutions to prevent any disruptions in the school's operation.
• Perform other functions and support tasks that may be assigned at any given time.
