• Oversee preventive maintenance programs for building/equipment to ensure reliability and safety.
• Supervise multi-skilled technicians and evaluate their performance.

• Prepare daily/weekly maintenance reports and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations; assist with emergency drills.
