Job summary

Pro-Excel Property Managers, Inc. seeks a Facilities Engineer/Manager to support the Property Manager in day-to-day operations of estate facilities. You will ensure equipment and facilities are 100% functional by implementing preventive maintenance programs and coordinating with contractors.

You will monitor energy use, maintain safety standards, budget for technical services, oversee third-party work, and prepare regular maintenance reports for senior management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• HVAC or related technical education is acceptable.
• Experience in building maintenance/support is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of building/equipment preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure reliable operations of electro-mechanical systems for commercial spaces.
