Job summary

Pro-Excel Property Managers, Inc. is seeking a Senior Facilities Engineer to oversee preventive maintenance and safety across the Commercial Spaces. You will coordinate with contractors, QA, and leasing teams to ensure reliable operations and adherence to 52-week PM schedules.

The role emphasizes critical supervision of maintenance activities, safety drills, and energy-management initiatives, with focus on accurate reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and ensure 52-week PM schedules are followed for electro-mechanical systems used by Commercial Spaces.
• Assist in gathering quotations and supervise contractors for bio-augmentation and kitchen exhaust cleaning projects.
• Monitor equipment uptime and submit uptime reports to QA with a goal of minimal downtime.
• Assist in safety programs, emergency drills, fire/earthquake drills, and coordinate with Building Manager to maintain fire protection systems.
• Liaise with authorities to secure permits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements; maintain equipment records and warranties.
