Job summary

Pro-Excel Property Managers, Inc. seeks a Senior Facilities Engineer Assistant to manage day-to-day operations of Retail/Commercial Facilities. You will ensure 100% operational condition of electro-mechanical equipment used by Commercial Spaces through preventive maintenance programs and regular inspections.

You will assist in budget preparation, safety compliance, and coordination with tenants and contractors to maintain building performance and occupant safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• HVAC and electrical technical education (4-year program).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement effective preventive maintenance programs for buildings and equipment.
• Ensure reliable operation of electro-mechanical systems for Commercial Spaces through regular inspections.
• Coordinate with Senior Facilities Engineer on budget, reporting, and safety compliance.
• Prepare daily/weekly maintenance reports and communicate issues to QA/Senior Facilities Engineer.
• Supervise third-party contractors and monitor project completion for maintenance works.
• Monitor energy consumption in common areas and support energy-conservation measures.
