Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of building equipment and facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Supervise maintenance personnel and third-party contractors.
• Monitor equipment performance and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Prepare maintenance reports and technical documentation.
• Assist in engineering budgets and operating expenses.
• Respond to tenant concerns related to engineering and maintenance.
• Ensure maintenance of fire protection, safety, and emergency systems.
• Review renovation and fit-out plans submitted by tenants.
• Monitor contractor works for compliance with standards.
• Implement energy-saving initiatives and monitor utility consumption.
