Job summary

Legal Management Group in the Philippines seeks an experienced Property Damage Claims Adjuster to handle and negotiate property damage claims for personal injury clients, ensuring damages are properly documented, valued, and resolved for maximum recovery.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of property damage/insurance adjusting experience, strong knowledge of policies, and proven skills in evaluating damages and negotiating settlements. Night shift on-site in BGC is required.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of property damage/insurance adjusting experience.
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, claims procedures, and adjusting practices.
• Proven experience evaluating damages and negotiating settlements.
• Strong analytical, investigative, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Professional English proficiency; Spanish-speaking preferred/required.
• Experience managing multiple claims in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in claims-management software and Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience working the night shift or graveyard shift is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate property damage, causation, liability, and financial impact.
• Review repair estimates, photos, inspection reports, policies, and supporting documents.
• Identify undervalued damages, coverage issues, and improper denials.
• Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, carriers, repair shops, contractors, and attorneys.
• Prepare damage evaluations, repair estimates, and claim summaries.
• Negotiate with insurance carriers for fair settlements.
• Track claims from intake through resolution and follow up consistently.
• Support attorneys and case managers with property-damage expertise.
• Maintain accurate documentation in claims/case management systems.

• Willingness and ability to consistently work 12:00 midnight–9:00 AM, on-site in BGC.

• Personal injury law firm or insurance carrier experience.
• Auto property damage and total-loss claims experience.
• Filevine or similar case-management experience.
• Xactimate, CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex experience.
• Insurance/claims certifications.
