Visaya KPO in Ortigas, Pasig is seeking a Property Damage Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of property damage claims. You will serve as the primary contact for clients, insurance adjusters, repair shops, and rental car partners, ensuring timely communication and accurate documentation throughout the claims process.

The role requires at least college-level education and 5+ years in claims management or insurance operations, strong English communication, and proficiency with CRM systems

Qualifications

• College-level education required.
• 5+ years of experience in claims management, insurance operations, or client account management.

Responsibilities

• File first- and third-party property damage claims with insurers.
• Coordinate rental car arrangements with carriers.
• Contact insurance adjusters to obtain claim status.
• Provide proactive client updates on progress and timelines.
• Gather required documentation (police reports, photos, estimates).
• Follow up to secure missing documentation and ensure claim completeness.
• Draft correspondence for U.S.-based reviewers.
• Submit documents to carriers.
• Track repair progress with body shops and inform clients.
• Update HubSpot daily.
• Notify billing on settlements for invoicing.
