Job summary

Legal Management Group in the Philippines is seeking an experienced property damage claims adjuster to handle and negotiate claims for personal injury clients, ensuring damages are documented, valued, and resolved for maximum recovery. The role requires reviewing estimates, photos, policies, and reports; negotiating with carriers; and supporting attorneys and case managers with property-damage expertise.

Night shift availability and on-site work in BGC are required.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of property damage/insurance adjusting experience.
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, claims procedures, and adjusting practices.
• Proven experience evaluating damages and negotiating settlements.
• Strong analytical, investigative, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Professional English proficiency; Spanish-speaking preferred/required.
• Experience managing multiple claims in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in claims-management software and Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience working the night shift or graveyard shift is strongly preferred.
• Willingness and ability to consistently work 12:00 midnight–9:00 AM, on-site in BGC.

Responsibilities

• Investigate property damage, causation, liability, and financial impact.
• Review repair estimates, photos, inspection reports, policies, and supporting documents.
• Identify undervalued damages, coverage issues, and improper denials.
• Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, carriers, repair shops, contractors, and attorneys.
• Prepare damage evaluations, repair estimates, and claim summaries.
• Negotiate with insurance carriers for fair settlements.
• Track claims from intake through resolution and follow up consistently.
• Support attorneys and case managers with property-damage expertise.
• Maintain accurate documentation in claims/case management systems.
