• Asset Auditing: Conduct periodic physical counts and reconciliations of inventory across different departments or cost centers.

• Maintenance and Security: Monitor asset conditions, coordinate routine repairs, and secure items against loss, damage, or theft.

• Disposal and Replacement: Process requests for new purchases and facilitate the legal or policy-compliant disposal of unserviceable property.
