You will assist clients throughout the buying process, conduct site visits, and build strong relationships with prospective buyers. Ideal candidates are passionate about real estate, sales, and customer service, with training and growth opportunities provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Sales, marketing, customer service, or real estate experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented, confident, and goal-driven.
• Willing to do fieldwork and attend site visits, including weekends.
• Real estate sales experience or relevant license/certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company real estate properties.
• Generate leads through social media, referrals, networking, and other marketing activities.
• Assist clients in selecting properties based on their needs and budget.
