Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (Real Estate Management preferred).
• Experience in real estate sales or property management.
• Strong knowledge of the local property market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in listing platforms and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to assess needs, present suitable property options, manage booth manning, and coordinate site visits and viewings.
• Support negotiations and ensure timely and accurate completion of contracts, documentation, and related transaction requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and referral networks to drive repeat business and generate new sales opportunities.
• Consistently meet individual sales targets and contribute to overall team quotas.
• Deliver responsive after-sales support to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
• Market properties through online listings, social media platforms, and other approved promotional and lead-generation channels.
