Role Description

This is a full-time- Contractual/ Non-Employee, on-site Property Specialist role based in the Philippines. The Property Specialist will promote and sell residential, and commercial units, including properties within township development in Eton City. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting property presentations, assisting clients with site tripping's, and providing accurate information on pricing, payment terms, and project features. The role involves managing client inquiries, maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing buyers, and coordinating with internal teams to support the end-to-end sales process. The Property Specialist will also monitor market trends, participate in sales events and marketing activities, and prepare regular sales reports, documentation, making sure to hit monthly quota and quarterly.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer service skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in-person and over phone or online channels.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a service-oriented and professional approach.
• Basic understanding of real estate concepts, property documentation, and payment schemes (training can be provided).
• Proficiency in using common office software and digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation tools, CRM or lead-tracking systems).
• Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and coordinate multiple client appointments and tasks.
• Experience in real estate, property sales, or related fields is an advantage but not strictly required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field preferred; open to other relevant educational backgrounds.
