Job summary

Latte Search is seeking a Property Manager based in Makati to oversee the comprehensive operations and maintenance of assigned properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and profitability.

You will supervise property personnel, manage budgets, coordinate maintenance, and maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and owners to optimize building performance and occupancy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in property or facilities management.
• Experience managing commercial buildings, residential properties, or real estate developments.

About the role

The Property Manager is responsible for managing the overall operations and maintenance of assigned properties to ensure efficient building operations, tenant satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and profitability. The role involves supervising property personnel, managing budgets, coordinating maintenance activities, and maintaining good relationships with tenants, contractors, and property owners.
