Job summary

Qualifications

Role Description:

• Prepare monthly financial statements, aging reports, variance analyses, and required financial schedules.
• Maintain accurate general ledger entries, adjusting entries, and reconciliations.
• Consolidate financial data for reporting to the Project Accounting Manager

2.Accounts Payable & Receivable Management (R)

• Verify, validate, and process supplier invoices and contract billings.
• Ensure timely release of payments and monitor outstanding payables.
• Prepare billings and statements of accounts for tenants and unit owners.
• Monitor collections and coordinate with the admin team for follow-up.

3.Budgeting & Fund Management (R)

• Assist in the preparation of annual operating budgets and cash flow forecasts.
• Track fund utilization and ensure expenses are within approved budget limits.
• Reconcile petty cash liquidation and monitor fund replenishment.

4.Compliance & Audit Support (R)

• Ensure documents comply with company SOPs, BIR, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare audit schedules and support internal and external audit activities.
• Maintain organized and complete financial documentation for easy retrieval.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in property management or real estate.
• Experience in preparing financial statements and handling AP/AR functions.
• Knowledge and experience in property management accounting systems (e.g., Property Management System, ERP, or similar platforms).
