Qualifications

• BS Accountancy or Finance degree; 1 year in AP or liquidation is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel and other office productivity tools.
• Experience with liquidation processes or cash advances is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process liquidation reports for business expenses.
• Monitor and issue notices for unliquidated advances.
• Correct and adjust GL accounts; ensure only legitimate transactions are recorded.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Processingof liquidation reports for Business expenses
• (Theliquidation should be both a control measure to identify double payments, atthe same time, System should be provided with specific information about the transactions.)
• Monitoringand issuance of notices for unliquidated advances
• (Toenforce liquidation and closing of advances on time.)
• Correct/Adjustthe GL accounts properly
• (To exercise ownership of the GL accounts bymonitoring, guarding and ensuring that legitimate transactions only arerecorded in the GL account)

Technical Competencies and Skills

• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple accounting tasks
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data processing
• Ability to maintain organized and complete accounting records
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office productivity tools
• Cash advance - liquidation processing
• Monitoring outstanding balances and aging reports

Education, Trainings and Licenses Required
