About the role

Polystar General Services Inc. is seeking a dynamic and energetic Promodizer to join our sales team on a full-time basis, based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna. As a Promodizer, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for promoting our products and services directly to consumers. This role is crucial in driving brand awareness, generating sales leads, and building strong customer relationships at the point of sale. Your enthusiasm and persuasive skills will directly contribute to the company's revenue growth and market presence.

What you'll be doing

• Promote and demonstrate company products and services to potential customers in assigned locations

• Engage with consumers to understand their needs and present tailored product solutions

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and promotional objectives

• Collect and report customer feedback and market insights to management

• Maintain an attractive and organised product display at promotional points

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty

• Distribute promotional materials and product samples to interested consumers

• Document sales transactions and maintain accurate records of promotional activities

• Collaborate with the sales team to implement marketing campaigns and special promotions

• Answer customer queries and provide product information in a professional and friendly manner

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a promotional, merchandising, or direct sales role, preferably in a retail or FMCG environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse customer groups

• Strong sales drive and motivation to meet and exceed targets

• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and work in various environments

• Ability to build rapport quickly and establish lasting customer relationships

• Organisational skills and attention to detail in maintaining product displays and records

• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required

• Proficiency in basic mathematics for transaction handling

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Knowledge of the local market and familiarity with Santa Rosa City, Laguna is advantageous
