Feihe International Philippines Corporation seeks an energetic Station Promodiser to represent our brand on the retail floor. You will drive daily sales, engage customers, maintain displays, and manage stock inventory.

Responsibilities include demonstrating product features, meeting targets, ensuring pricing accuracy, and performing regular stock counts with FIFO rotation. Travel readiness and strong communication are required.

Formación

• Education: High School Graduate or higher.
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in promodiser or retail roles.
• Fluent Cebuano/Bisaya and Tagalog; basic English a plus.

• Report damaged, expired, or missing merchandise to management.
• Maintain professional relationships with store officers and agency partners.
• Daily submission of sales performance and inventory counts to HR/Sales Manager.

We are seeking an energetic, proactive, and target-driven Station Promodiser to represent our brand. In this role, you will be the face of our products, responsible for driving daily sales, engaging retail customers, maintaining product displays, and managing stock inventory.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively approach store customers, demonstrate product features, and highlight benefits to drive sales.

Meet and consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly store sales targets.

Answer customer inquiries with enthusiasm and recommend products suited to their needs.

Handle customer objections gracefully and deliver exceptional customer service at the retail floor.

Ensure products are fully stocked, clean, organized, and prominently displayed according to visual merchandising standards.

Ensure accurate pricing, promotional tags, and banner placements are maintained on store shelves/booths.

Monitor product shelf life (if applicable) and practice FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation.

3. Inventory & Stock Control

Perform regular stock counts and track fast-moving vs. slow-moving inventory.

Coordinate with store supervisors and local logistics to ensure timely replenish orders before stock-outs occur.

Report any damaged, expired, or missing merchandise immediately to management.

4. Store Operations & Reporting

Maintain a professional relationship with Gaisano store officers, floor supervisors, and agency partners.

Daily submission of sales performance, inventory counts, competitor activities, and customer feedback to the HR/Sales Manager.

Strictly adhere to store policies, attendance protocols, and scheduling/rotation guidelines across assigned branches.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Level/Undergraduate.

Experience: At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Promodiser, Sales Utility, Brand Ambassador, or Retail Sales Representative.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (fluent in Cebuano/Bisaya and Tagalog; basic English is a plus).

Confident, polite, and persuasive selling demeanor.

Basic math skills for tracking daily inventory and sales totals.

Location/Flexibility: Must be willing and able to travel
