Job summary

Strong MS Office, Power BI, and AI tools experience are essential. The candidate will interface with international offices to ensure alignment, monitor FAT processes, and maintain safety compliance records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Power BI.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Interface with RCCL European Turku Office to align tasks.
• Collect quantitative/qualitative statistics and perform basic analysis.
• Manage invitations for weekly workshops and calendar routines.
• Monitor and report on progress KPIs.
• Prepare ad hoc taskforce reports with KPIs, charts and graphs.
• Provide updates on ongoing tasks.
• Oversee inspection schedules and report findings.
• Track Basic Design drawings and FAT processes.
• Report on drawing approval, area and cabin readiness, commissioning status.
• Review safety compliance and incidents.
• Maintain and update the action log status.
• Track, monitor, and report on several small to medium-size projects.
• Use PM tools to develop and maintain project scope.
• Proficient in MS Office and Power BI; AI tools Copilot and Claude.
• Perform other duties as required.
