Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Power BI Developer to drive data-enabled decision-making across the Center of Excellence. You will develop reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs that track value realization and portfolio performance.

You will standardize reporting, share best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality data visualization and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, analytics, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in Power BI development or BI roles.
• Proficient in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and semantic modeling.
• Knowledge of KPI frameworks and value measurement.
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for value tracking, performance measurement, and KPI monitoring.
• Develop reports, semantic models, data models, dataflows, and Fabric data assets.
• Ensure data governance and secure handling per guidelines across CoE.
• Draft reporting guidelines and best practices for internal users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver insights.
