Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) seeks a Projects & Systems Officer (Campaigns & Channels) to support campaign management platforms, customer engagement technologies, and channel integration initiatives, by coordinating requirements, supporting delivery, and validating workflows.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, document processes, develop test scripts, perform UAT, monitor operations, and identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and customer experience across channels.

The Projects & Systems Officer (Campaigns & Channels) supports the implementation, enhancement, and operational management of campaign management platforms, customer engagement technologies, and channel integration initiatives by coordinating business requirements, supporting project delivery, performing testing activities, monitoring campaign platform operations, and collaborating with stakeholders to enable efficient, data-driven, and personalized customer engagement across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field
• At least 3 years experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Systems Support, or Marketing Technology
• 2 years experience in Campaign Management Platforms, Marketing Automation, CRM, or Customer Engagement Technologies
• Knowledgeable in Campaign and Customer Experience Platform – Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Background in Marketing Automations – Salesforce, Adobe
• Capable in Project management methodologies and project lifecycle management, customer experience platforms, Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Skilled in customer journey design and business analysis with project coordination and management
