Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) seeks a Projects & Systems Officer (Campaigns & Channels) to support campaign management platforms, customer engagement technologies, and channel integration initiatives, by coordinating requirements, supporting delivery, and validating workflows.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, document processes, develop test scripts, perform UAT, monitor operations, and identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and customer experience across channels.

Gather and analyze business requirements for campaign management, customer engagement, and channel integration initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support campaign delivery and business objectives.
Document business processes, functional requirements, and recommend solutions for platform enhancements and customer journey improvements.
Develop and execute test scripts, conduct UAT, and validate campaign workflows, audience targeting, and system integrations.
Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and enhancement requests while providing status updates and implementation support.
Provide operational and user support for campaign management and customer engagement platforms.
Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, operational efficiency, campaign effectiveness, and customer experience.
