Arquee Corp. is seeking an Experienced Project Engineer – Civil/Structural to independently manage civil and structural works for commercial building and hotel projects in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
The role covers site execution, contractor coordination, quality control, and project delivery. The ideal candidate holds a Licensed Civil Engineer credential with 3–5 years of hands-on experience, and is willing to work onsite in Sta. Rosa, with Monday to Saturday schedules.

Experienced Project Engineer to independently manage civil and structural works for commercial building and hotel projects, including site execution, contractor coordination, quality control, and project delivery.
Manage and monitor day-to-day civil and structural works onsite.
Review structural plans, specifications, shop drawings, and construction documents.
Ensure works comply with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes.
Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship, materials, and project progress.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
Identify and resolve civil, structural, and site execution issues.
Monitor contractor performance, schedules, deficiencies, and corrective actions.
Prepare progress reports, inspection reports, punch lists, and project documentation.
Monitor rectification works through completion and closure.
Support testing, turnover, and project closeout activities.
Ensure compliance with project safety and quality requirements.
Licensed Civil Engineer.
Minimum 3–5 years of solid hands-on experience in civil and structural building projects.
Must have relevant hands-on experience in commercial buildings, hotels, or similar large-scale non-residential building projects.
Proven experience in site execution, structural works, inspections, and contractor coordination.
Strong ability to read and interpret structural plans, technical drawings, and specifications.
Able to independently identify and resolve site issues and recommend practical technical solutions.
Strong project coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Must be willing to work onsite in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, Monday to Saturday.
Preferably residing in Sta. Rosa or nearby areas, or willing to relocate nearby.
Must be able to take ownership of active project requirements with minimal supervision.
