Job Summary

Experienced Project Engineer to independently manage civil and structural works for commercial building and hotel projects, including site execution, contractor coordination, quality control, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor day-to-day civil and structural works onsite.

• Review structural plans, specifications, shop drawings, and construction documents.

• Ensure works comply with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes.

• Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship, materials, and project progress.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.

• Identify and resolve civil, structural, and site execution issues.

• Monitor contractor performance, schedules, deficiencies, and corrective actions.

• Prepare progress reports, inspection reports, punch lists, and project documentation.

• Monitor rectification works through completion and closure.

• Support testing, turnover, and project closeout activities.

• Ensure compliance with project safety and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer.

• Minimum 3–5 years of solid hands-on experience in civil and structural building projects.

• Must have relevant hands-on experience in commercial buildings, hotels, or similar large-scale non-residential building projects.

• Proven experience in site execution, structural works, inspections, and contractor coordination.

• Strong ability to read and interpret structural plans, technical drawings, and specifications.

• Able to independently identify and resolve site issues and recommend practical technical solutions.

• Strong project coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Must be willing to work onsite in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, Monday to Saturday.

• Preferably residing in Sta. Rosa or nearby areas, or willing to relocate nearby.

• Must be able to take ownership of active project requirements with minimal supervision.
