Convergence Realty & Development Corporation is seeking a Project Engineer to oversee site operations, ensuring construction activities align with approved plans, specifications, and safety requirements.
The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, PRC licensure preferred, and 3–5 years of relevant experience. Candidates should have strong knowledge of construction management, QA/QC, and project coordination, with readiness to travel to project sites.
Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring construction activities are executed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Supervise daily site construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Monitor Project development and civil works, including earthworks, grading, roadworks, drainage systems, and utility installations.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal project teams for efficient project execution.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with project requirements.
Review engineering drawings, specifications, and construction methods for proper implementation.
Monitor project progress, manpower, equipment, and material utilization to meet project schedules.
Verify work accomplishments, quantities, and contractor billings for project monitoring and processing.
Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Identify site issues, risks, and delays, and coordinate solutions with the project team.
Prepare site reports, attend coordination meetings, and support project completion and turnover activities.
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
PRC Licensed Civil Engineer (Preferred)
Preferably with at least 3–5 years of experience as a Project Site Engineer or in a similar construction role

Strong knowledge of construction management, QA/QC, project scheduling, contract administration, and site supervision
Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other relevant engineering software
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Willing to travel and be assigned to project sites as required
