Job summary

HG-III Construction and Development Corporation in the Philippines seeks a licensed Civil Engineer to supervise on-site activities for road dike projects, including steel sheet piling, backfilling, and road pavement in Masantol, Pampanga.

The candidate should have 5-7 years of hands-on experience in heavy civil works, be familiar with DPWH standards, and coordinate with contractors and suppliers. On-site work is required 6 days/week.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer with 5-7 years hands-on experience in heavy civil works, preferably road dike, flood control, or highway/road construction.
• Experience in steel sheet pile installation, backfilling operations, and road pavement works.
• Familiar with DPWH Standard Specifications, BQ Daily reports, and progress billing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities for sheet piling, backfilling, and road pavement.
• Ensure compliance with plans, specs, and DPWH standards.
• Coordinate with DPWH contractor, suppliers.
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety on site.
• Prepare reports and as-built documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer

• Willing to be assigned on-site 6 days/week in Masantol, Pampanga.
