Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer with current registration.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in general construction (horizontal and vertical).
• Knowledge of project management techniques and tools and ability to plan, budget, and schedule projects.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitment, and goals.
• Lead the planning and implementation of the project; define project tasks and resource requirements.
• Prepare and manage project budget and resource allocation.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and quality assurance.
• Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project.
• Present the report to the Top Management, defining project progress, problems, and solutions.
• Prepare project evaluations and assessment of results.
• Provide directions and support to project team.
