Job summary

Mevbuilt Incorporated is hiring for a Site Engineer/Project Coordinator to oversee on-site execution according to the project plan at Baquid Island, Coron, Palawan. You will coordinate with subcontractors and admin staff to ensure correct plans, sequences, methodologies and materials are used, with a focus on timely delivery and accuracy.

The role requires at least 3 years of site experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and PlanSwift, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to estimate CSA

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with subs and admin workers to implement the project execution plan on site.
• Assist Project In-Charge and Cost Engineer in cost/material estimation before implementation.
• Prepare the Project Execution Plan and monitor on-site implementation and schedules.
• Attend daily toolbox and workshop meetings with subcontractors to track targets and deliverables.
• Monitor delivery schedules for items like rebar, formwork, and concrete and report to Planning Engineer or Project In-Charge.
