Mevbuilt Incorporated is seeking a site supervisor to support on-site supervision of MEPF works, ensuring projects meet time, quality, and budget targets at Baquid Coron, Palawan.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Sanitary Engineering and at least 4 years of construction experience, with completion of at least one project from start to finish. Paid training and on-site facilities are provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Sanitary Engineering or equivalent.
At least 4 years of experience in building construction.
Willing to be assigned to Baquid Coron Palawan; willing to work on site.
Has completed at least one project from start to finish.
Paid training provided by the company.

Responsibilities

Prepare quantity surveys for MEPF works and estimate committed costs.
Coordinate plans with Technical Support Head and cost engineer.
Monitor materials, manpower, and subcontractor progress to ensure cost, time, safety, and quality targets.
Review construction plans and methods for MEPF works with planning engineer.
Prepare project closeout report for MEPF works.
Monitor materials test results for close-out documents.

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting the project in terms of site supervision and ensuring that the job is on time, quality and on budget. Monitors all related work activities being implemented on site based on approved work sequence and methodology.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for quantity survey for MEPF works in preparation for committed cost, also responsible for temporary facilities construction.
Coordinate plans to Technical support head to be use for estimate quantities and coordinate to cost engineer to generate committed costs.
Responsible for monitoring materials, manpower and subcon accomplishment, ensure that the project will be on cost, time, safety and quality.
Coordinate to planning engineer to review of plans and construction method for MEPF works.
Responsible for the Project close out report with regards to project execution for MEPF works.
Materials test result monitoring for close out documents.
