What Will You Do?
In this position you will play an integral part in a team of specialists that bring ideas to life for clients across all types of projects, including significant infrastructure projects.
- Developing and maintaining integrated project schedules and programs across all project phases.
- Establishing and managing project schedule baselines, ensuring schedule integrity and alignment with project objectives.
- Monitoring project progress against approved schedules and key milestones.
- Performing schedule tracking, forecasting, critical path analysis, and variance analysis.
- Identifying schedule risks, constraints, and opportunities, and working with stakeholders to implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinating schedule updates and progress reporting with Project Managers, project teams, and external stakeholders.
- Managing schedules across multiple workstreams, interfaces, and project dependencies.
- Preparing schedule performance reports, dashboards, and look‑ahead programs for project teams and leadership.
- Supporting project planning workshops, schedule reviews, and project controls governance activities.
- Ensuring project schedules are maintained in accordance with organisational standards, procedures, and project requirements.
- Collaborating with cost control and project controls teams to support integrated project reporting.
- Maintaining project scheduling documentation and records within relevant project management systems.
What Can You Bring to the Team?
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project scheduling, project controls, engineering, construction management, or project management environments.
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining project schedules and programs for complex projects.
- Proven track record managing schedules for projects or programs with multiple workstreams, interfaces, and dependencies.
- Experience in schedule baseline development, schedule tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Strong understanding of project planning methodologies, scheduling principles, and project lifecycle management.
- Experience using Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software in a project delivery environment.
- Ability to analyse schedule performance and provide meaningful insights to support project decision‑making.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary engineering, infrastructure, or construction project teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across project teams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities within a fast‑paced project environment.
