Job summary

Aurecon Australasia Pty Ltd in Manila is seeking an Associate Project Controls to join our Project Management team. The role focuses on leading project controls, setting up processes, monitoring performance, forecasting, and invoicing within Queensland projects delivered from our network.

You will work with cross‑functional teams, leverage MS Office and Primavera P6, and contribute to comprehensive project reporting and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering.
• 5 years of project controls experience in lead/manager roles.
• Strong cost control and scheduling knowledge.
• Experience with project management and controls software.
• Expert level in Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in Primavera P6.
• Experience setting up WBS and cost codes.
• Proven ability to write project reports.

As an Associate, the scope of work and role will be as follows:

• Handles project controls role at lead capacity for QLD projects

• Co-author project report

• Bachelor degree in engineering

• 5 years experience in project controls (lead or manager role, with hands on expertise)

• Technical in cost control and planning / scheduling

• Wide experience on project management and controls software

• Expert level on Microsoft software

• Intermediate to expert level in Primavera

• With proven experience in setting up projects' WBS, cost codes, change management, etc.

• Well-verse in project report writing
