Job summary

Aurecon is seeking an experienced Scheduling professional in Metro Manila to join a team that delivers complex infrastructure projects. You will develop and maintain integrated project schedules, baselines, and reporting across multiple workstreams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project scheduling or controls, strong knowledge of planning methodologies, and proficiency with Primavera P6. The role emphasizes ownership, stakeholder collaboration, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project scheduling or project controls.
• Experience developing and maintaining schedules for complex projects.
• Experience managing schedules across multiple workstreams and dependencies.
• Proficient in schedule baseline development, tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong knowledge of project planning methodologies and lifecycle management.
• Experience with Primavera P6 in a project delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules across all project phases.
• Establish and manage schedule baselines ensuring baseline integrity and alignment with objectives.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and milestones.
• Perform schedule tracking, forecasting, critical path analysis, and variance analysis.
• Identify schedule risks, constraints, and opportunities with stakeholders for mitigation.
• Coordinate schedule updates and progress reporting with Project Managers, teams and external stakeholders.
• Manage schedules across multiple workstreams, interfaces and dependencies.
• Prepare schedule performance reports, dashboards, and look‑ahead programs for teams and leadership.
• Support project planning workshops, schedule reviews and governance activities.
• Ensure schedules are maintained per organisational standards and requirements.
• Collaborate with cost control and project controls for integrated reporting.
• Maintain project scheduling documentation in PM systems.
