Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project scheduling, project controls, or related fields.
• Experience developing and maintaining schedules for complex projects.
• Proven ability to forecast, track progress and analyze variance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining integrated project schedules across all phases.
• Establishing schedule baselines and ensuring integrity with objectives.
• Monitoring progress against milestones and timelines.
• Performing schedule tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Identifying risks and opportunities and working with stakeholders to mitigate them.
• Coordinating updates and progress reporting with managers and teams.
• Managing multiple workstreams and project dependencies.
• Preparing schedule performance reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Supporting planning workshops and governance activities.
