CDCC Builders Inc. is a trusted general contractor in the Philippines, delivering construction solutions across residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial sectors. We hold Triple A accreditation from the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board.
Our experience spans decades, beginning as the construction arm of PHINMA Property Holdings Corporation and evolving into a fully independent firm since 2021. Today, that background translates into deep technical expertise and a proven track record across hundreds of completed and ongoing projects nationwide.
We offer four integrated services that cover a project from start to finish: Construction, Design-Build, Construction Management, and Cost Engineering. This means our clients have one accountable partner from early cost planning all the way to turnover.

In 2025, we rebranded as CDCC Builders Inc. to reflect our broader capabilities, diverse portfolio, and continued dedication to building with distinction and trust.
We operate nationwide, with an active presence across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. If you have a project in mind, we would like to hear from you.
