Overview

Join us as a Senior Engineer driving quality excellence through industrialization. You’ll lead the implementation of robust quality processes, guide cross‑functional teams, and ensure flawless product launches that delight customers and strengthen our reputation for reliability.

What will you do?

• Lead the execution of the 10 Quality Fundamentals across industrialization to deliver flawless, on‑time product launches
• Provide expert guidance on quality methods, tools, and risk management to achieve process capability and robustness
• Partner with Product Engineering, Offer Creation teams, and key stakeholders to deploy Advanced Product Quality Planning
• Ensure adherence to Offer Lifecycle Management processes for consistent quality execution across all projects

Key skills we are looking for

• Advanced Product Quality Planning — intermediate level; deploying APQP standards across industrialization projects
• Industrialization Quality Preparation — intermediate level; validating process control before production launch
• Industrialization Quality Pre-series/Launch — intermediate level; ensuring quality readiness during pre-series and launch phases
• Quality Management Systems — developing level; maintaining adherence to QMS throughout product lifecycle
• Risk Management — intermediate level; identifying and mitigating quality risks in complex manufacturing environments
• Project Management — intermediate level; coordinating cross‑functional teams to meet launch timelines
• Communication — intermediate level; facilitating alignment between engineering, operations, and business stakeholders
